Returns & Refunds

RETURNS 

All of our products have stringent and strict quality checks prior to your order being dispatched, to ensure you get a great product and service from us.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, you may return items to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days.

The following items are unable to be returned, unless you’ve purchased Odin’s Flexi-return:

  • Gift cards (digital)
  • Clothing (Beanies, Bags, Shirts etc) due to hygiene reasons.
  • Our remix ranges (containing leather)
  • DVDs if the seal is broken
  • Any items where the security sealed bag has been removed or tampered with.
  • Soft furnishings that’s been used/open due to hygienic reasons.
  • Any handmade / made to order items - unless damaged or faulty.
  • Digital products and add ons.

Customers are responsible for the cost of sending items back to us but no additional charge would be made for shipping replacement items out to you.

When returning items back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your own protection.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received / the original condition, and that the item(s) security sealed bag hasn’t been opened or tampered with.

Please note: for change of mind returns we’ll offer you a store credit for the amount as opposed to a cash refund. 

Please contact us prior to returning items, any items sent back without prior consent will be destroyed at our warehouse. Please Contact us first and we’ll provide you with a unique Return Reference Code (RRC), which will be noted on our systems on your account.

Types of refunds we offer at Odin’s:

  • Cash refund (direct to payment method)
  • Store Credit (No expiry dates)
  • Replacement item(s)

Once your return is received and checked we will send an email to notify you that we have received your item. Any funds, credit or replacements due back to you will then be either credited to your Odin’s Cave customer account, to your original payment method or a new item shipped to you.

Please note that any Store Credit will be issued within 3-5 working days following on from your return. For cash refunds these will be sent within 14 working days (dependant on your financial institution).

REFUNDS

We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products. As a commitment to our goal of meeting the highest standards.

Buyer is responsible for the costs of return shipping, which aren’t refundable.

Please note the following items are not returnable unless faulty:

If you think you received the wrong order please email us within 3 days of delivery. Email us the issue along with clear pictures.

Defective Products

If you think you received any defective/faulty items please email us within 5 days of delivery. Email us the issue along with clear pictures.

Order Cancellations

Things happen fast at Odin’s that’s why we accept cancellations within 1 hour from your order being placed, after this time your order would have been sent to our warehouse ready for fulfilment and inspected and checked ready for dispatch. 

Odin’s Protect

If you’ve purchased Odin’s Protect at time of purchase you’ll automatically be covered for an extended 90 days warranty period for your order. As part our our protection package you’ll have access to instant replacement for any defects or breakdowns. Please contact us for more information on how this works, or search ‘protect’ in our help centre. 

Odin’s Flexi Returns 

If you have purchased our optional Flexi Returns cover, you can return any item(s) within 30 days for a different product. Simply contact us with the item you'd like to swap. Once we receive your return, we'll send out the new product.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for any return costs, and only one claim is allowed per policy. If the new item(s) you choose is more expensive than the original, you can pay the price difference. For any item that costs less than the original, we’ll issue a refund as store credit.
