RETURNS

All of our products have stringent and strict quality checks prior to your order being dispatched, to ensure you get a great product and service from us.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, you may return items to us for a refund or exchange within 5 days of receipt.

The following items are unable to be returned:

  • Gift cards (digital)
  • Clothing (Beanies, Bags, Shirts etc) due to hygiene.
  • Our remix ranges (containing leather)

Customers are responsible for the cost of sending items back to us but no additional charge would be made for shipping replacement items out to you.

When returning items back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your own protection.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please contact us prior to returning items, any items sent back without prior consent will be destroyed at our warehouse. Please Contact us first and we’ll provide you with a unique Return Reference Code (RRC), which will be noted on our systems on your account.

Once your return is received and checked we will send an email to notify you that we have received your item. Any funds due back will then be credited to your original payment method. This will typically be credited to your bank within 3-5 business days of being authorised by us.

We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products. As a commitment to our goal of meeting the highest quality standards, we offer a money-back guarantee.

We are here to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase! If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please file a claim within 5 days of delivery and we will take it back! Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping fee is non-refundable!

CANCELLATIONS

We accept cancellations within 1 hour from your order being placed, after this time your order would have already been fulfilled by our warehouse, inspected and checked and ready for dispatch.
